8. Intellectual Property

All Content on the pk40 platform — including but not limited to editorial text, guides, comparisons, glossary entries, structural design, page layout, CSS, and graphics produced by pk40 — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk40 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and related laws.

The pk40 name, logo, and brand identifiers are proprietary to pk40. You may not use, reproduce, or display these in any form without prior written consent.

Third-party names referenced on this Platform — including payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), sports organisations (PCB, PSL, ICC) and other entities — are the trademarks of their respective owners. 9. Third-Party Operators and External Platforms

pk40 may reference, describe, or discuss Third-Party Operators — online betting and casino platforms that are separate legal entities entirely unrelated to pk40. Any such reference is for informational and comparative purposes only.

pk40 does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any Third-Party Operator.
